Cody Greenwood is the founder of Rush Films. Her most recent films include Universal Pictures documentary 'Under the Volcano', which premiered at SXSW and the observational documentary 'Girl Like You', which won the AWGIE, Australian Screen Editors award and is screening on Netflix. She is currently in production on two Stan Original documentaries, 'Otto on Otto' and 'Renee Gracie'.
Later this year Cody is producing feature film ‘Birthright’ with director Zoe Pepper. The script was the recipient of Screenwest's West Coast Visions $750,000 production grant, one of the most coveted production funding grants in Australia. The film will be distributed in Australia by Madman Entertainment.
Cody began her career in London, before moving to LA to join production company The Masses, which was founded by the late Heath Ledger. At The Masses she production managed content for the Museum of Contemporary Art and developed TV projects for leading US Networks including MTV.

Alex West has produced and directed over 40 factual and documentary series and specials for many TV networks, including BBC, C4, Five, ABC, SBS, and National Geographic.
He began his career in the USA, before working with the BBC.

Immigration Nation: The Secret History of Us, was nominated for the AACTA/AFI as Best Documentary Series and the Prime Ministers prize for Australian History. Alex is a three time Logie nominee.

He has recently produced several high profile ABC doco series. The Art of Australia, and Bodyline: The Ultimate Test, ‘Making Australia Great’, ‘Revolution School’ and ‘Monash & Me’.

With Director Nicholas Brown, in 2020 Alex won the Emmy Award for best nature film for ‘The Serengeti Rules’.

Alex was appointed Head of Documentary at Screen Australia in July 2021.

Felicity is a documentarian, creative / field producer, and social impact campaign strategist. After graduating from UNSW with a BA in Film (2000), she has followed her professional interests to Iran, Libya, Egypt, the Arabian Gulf Countries, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Bhutan, Europe and the United States. She established The Dove Media in 2007 and has contributed to a diverse range of factual TV programs and award-winning theatrically-released documentaries, with broad experience across production, impact campaign design, partnerships / stakeholder management, audience engagement strategies, social media / community building, story-based strategy, live event management, podcasting, and factual storytelling for all media. Felicity is a passionate impact producer; in recent years she was honoured to be part of Australia’s 'Good Pitch' cohort of campaign strategists, and she's now in the Global Impact Producers' Alliance (GIPA). Felicity is a Fellow of the Centre for Australian Progress, a member of MEAA & the Australian Directors' Guild, and an Ambassador for Bhutan’s Centre for Gross National Happiness... also, she's from Federal.

Paul Wiegard co-founded Madman Entertainment, one of Australia’s leading independent distribution and rights management companies for film and television, in 1996. Currently Madman’s CEO, he has executive produced feature films such as Balibo and The Turning as well as High Ground, The Trip to Greece and Nitram, which premiered in Cannes in 2021.

In 2016 Paul established DocPlay, a dedicated streaming platform which places a spotlight on some of the country’s most acclaimed theatrical documentaries.

Paul’s additional EP credits include That Sugar Film, fellow alum Jennifer Peedom’s Mountain, and its breathtaking 2021 follow up River, The Australian Dream, Girls Can’t Surf, Not Quite Hollywood: The Wild, Untold Story of Ozploitation!, Blind Ambition, and jibberish comedy Nude Tuesday.

He is currently the President of the Australian Independent Distributors Association (AIDA) and sits on the boards of both the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI).
